Hello, and welcome to the begining of my blogging journey!

Hi y'all!

My name is Michelle, and I have decided to start a blog to share with the world my weight loss journey through a paleo diet!

So to begin I will start by introducing myself!

I am a 28 year old girl from Montreal with a passion for cooking, tea, tattoos and the great outdoors. 

I have been with my boyfriend Luke for 7 years and love him to pieces.

When I began dating my boyfriend I started gaining weight and over the last 7 years I had put on 67lbs, hitting a whopping 217lbs. In August of 2014 I decided enough was enough and took back control over my weight.

I started by following the Whole30 in September 2014 and in my first month lost 17lbs! 

We are now March 2015 and I am officially down exactly 40lbs! I have more energy, my allergies are better and I can stay awake later! My skin is clearer, my hair and nails are strong and healthy and I finally have my confidence back!

In January I signed up to the gym and have been following a running program created by C25K to get me ready to run my first 5k! 

I am on a mission to become the healthiest and happiest me possible! I am aiming to run a half marathon before the end of 2015. 

So follow along as I share my journey, recipes, tips, tricks, blood, sweat and tears!
